Join us on a pilgrimage that will take your taste buds on an adventure, where you’ll not only learn how to cook Lebanese food, but you’ll connect with others who are hungry to learn, just like you (see below for upcoming classes).

The pilgrimage is a monthly journey that walks you through the seasonal dishes of Lebanese cuisine.

Instructors

Classes are taught by passionate residents of Lebanon right from their own kitchens, and all proceeds are paid onward, supporting them during the unimaginable reality of economic collapse.

Why Lebanese Food

Not only is the heritage of cooking Lebanese an ancient one, but it also is touted as one of the world’s healthiest, tastiest, and most enjoyable cuisines. It has something to offer all diets, everything from meat lovers, to vegans, to gluten free, and the sweet tooth.

How It Works

You’ll be provided in advance the recipes you’ll be learning to prepare, so you can either purchase ingredients at your local Lebanese market/store to follow along, or simply enjoy the class, culture, and connection with others, letting us do the cooking.

Agritoursim & Educational Tourism

Not only will you learn about Lebanese cuisine, but you’ll learn about its role in everything from festivals to personal celebrations. And this journey may take you and your tastebuds eventually to Lebanon, perhaps staying with one of our instructors, learning about the country that defined a diet. Agritourism & educational tourism never tasted better.

Personalized & Private Classes

If you like the idea of a private class, just for you and friends, then let us know. Our instructors would be thrilled to customize a class, just for you. Perfect for baby showers, stag or stagettes, birthdays, and beyond.

Disclaimer:

If a utility outage occurs (due to rolling blackouts), the class will be rescheduled the following day at the same time, and thereafter, refunds will be provided.

UPCOMING CLASSES
