A big statue of St. Charbel stands there overlooking the area.\nIt will be the perfect place for hiking\, will be a moderate one with some downhill\, will walk around the borders of the cliff; will have enough time for fun\, photo shooting\, and rest. \nWe will walk right underneath the Chabrouh cliff ‘Chir en nsour’\, on a trail prepared by LMT association to reach the giant waterfall.\n🌿🥾 HIKING LEVEL. 1 to 3 for easy\, 4 to 6 for intermediate\, 7 to 9 for strenuous\nOur hike will be divided into 2 levels: \n🥈 We will walk around 11 Km as level 5\, for just 3\,45 hours\, will start at Monastery of the resurrection\, it will lead us to a wonderful natural rock carved by water millions of years ago and there you can take as many of photos as you desire then to the impressive cliff and the great waterfall ho still dominate the scene\, giving a view over the astounding gorge. This Level include Wadi El Salib Trail.\n🥇 Level 4 (8 Km approx.); the walk is moderate and the trail (Wadi el Salib) in general\, is descendant. It will lead us to a wonderful old bridge of rocks. There\, you can take as many photos as you desire but don’t consume all your memory cards capacity because you will definitely take more photos a few meters later. The second part of the trail is open to the sunlight therefore\, keep your sunglasses and hats on.\nDon’t let any adventure go by untried. A big cross stand there overlooking Batroun – Jbeil area.\nOur trail will begin from Laqlouq and its downhill for about 13km. We will walk for a couple of hours to reach Balou3 balaa then Chatine village.\nThe Balaa Pit or Baatara gorge waterfall (also known as Balouaa Balaa) is very famous\, it is one of the 10 most beautiful waterfalls in the world\, and it is a triple natural bridge located in the tiny village of Balaa. \nHIKING LEVEL. 1 to 3 for easy\, 4 to 6 for intermediate\, 7 to 9 for strenuous\nWe will start our hiking near an old church and will see Akoura Beautiful Lakes. Part of our trail will be along with the LMT. \nOur hike will be divided into two levels:\n\nLevel 4\, is a downhill beautiful trail of just 7 KM.\nFrom the old church\, we will continue along a trail leading to Saydet El Dahab\, then to the hill. We will also be able to see rare views particular to this altitude terrain. After crossing Laqlouq the scenery changes from this stage; we will continue in a trail and breathtaking views to be remembered forever. The track will take us to Baatara gorge waterfall. There is a snack where will have lunch together and you can also have your own picnic. We will walk down the stairs to see from up “The cave” also known as the “Cave of the Three Bridges”\, the three natural bridges rising one above the other.\n\nLevel 6 (13 Km Approxi.)\nwill continue from Balaa Pit downhill and head towards the riverbank\, then uphill until we reach Chatine village at an old Church (Saidet el Atika) overlooking the area. In this hike\, you will have many reasons to keep your  cameras handy. From the moment you will start hiking until the moment you stop\, there will be scenes that you want to cherish forever. You will experience the fascinating  Lebanese wild nature with its colorful trees and  herbs\, chirping birds\, fresh breeze\, and rushing water. There is an extra charge for internal transportation only for level 3. \n LEVEL 5 (Approx. 13 Km) You will take a different and more difficult trail. You will start from Ouadi Jahannam. It is descendant\, along the bank of Nahr El-Bared. It will lead you to a point of amazing scenery\, landscape\, and  Spring(S) like (El Ghara)\, a place where ground water flows naturally out of the ground\, the water springs will enable you to refill your water supply along the way. In the second part of this trail\, you will rejoin level 3 at the  bridge and head to the restaurant. It is a great place beneath the waterfall at 3ioun El-Samak. \nAfter  lunch\, both levels will visit a beautiful  lake of 500 m in length\, 175m in width\, and 10 m in depth. This magnificent location makes the valley one of the best in the world.On our way back to Beirut\, we may stop in Batroun to drink freshly squeezed  Lemonade.Special? Yes!
