Situated at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level and surrounded with pine trees, Mar Chaaya – Mzakeh is a peaceful village where you can enjoy a nice walk or rent a bike. It is 23 km away from Beirut and only 5 minutes away from Broumana where you can still enjoy the nightlife or the daily buzz.
You can visit the Mar Chaaya Monastery that is located on the highest peak of the mountain that also has a farm and a shop with local foods and produce.
