Join us this Sunday for a scenic mountain adventure connecting Wadi Chatine, Baatara Gorge, Saydet El Karn, Laqlouq, and Akoura (Saydet El Hebes) along one of the most beautiful sections of the Lebanon Mountain Trail (LMT). 🌲💧

Starting from Wadi Chatine, we follow forest trails, valleys, and ridges while passing through parts of LMT Sections 10-11, heading toward the spectacular Baatara Gorge Waterfall.

From there, the trail climbs toward Saydet El Karn, where we also get to see the famous lakes of Akoura, before continuing to the high plateau of Laqlouq. The full route then descends toward Akoura, ending at the unique cliffside monastery of Saydet El Hebes.

Two Hiking Options Available

🔹 Level 1: Finish at Saydet El Karn

* 📉 Elevation Loss: -300 m

🔹 Level 2: Continue to Laqlouq and finish at Saydet El Hebes (Akoura)

* 📏 Distance: ~16 km
* 📈 Elevation Gain: +850 m
* 📉 Elevation Loss: -500 m
