Join us this Sunday for a scenic mountain adventure connecting El Mtain, Jouar El Haouz, Falougha Lakes, and Qaysamani Dam along one of the most beautiful sections of the Lebanon Mountain Trail (LMT). 🌲💧

Starting from the historic village of El Mtain, we follow forest trails, hidden valleys, mountain springs, and scenic ridges while enjoying breathtaking views over the Metn highlands. The trail climbs through oak and pine forests toward Jouar El Haouz.

For those choosing the full route, the journey continues to the famous Falougha Lakes before reaching the spectacular Qaysamani Dam, surrounded by some of the finest mountain scenery in Lebanon.

🔹 Level 1: Finish at Jouar El Haouz

* 📉 Elevation Loss: -300 m

🔹 Level 2: Continue to Falougha Lakes and finish at Qaysamani Dam

* 📏 Distance: ~16 km
* 📈 Elevation Gain: +1,150 m
* 📉 Elevation Loss: -650 m
