Join us this Sunday for a rugged mountain adventure exploring the high-altitude landscapes of Jord El Aaqoura, starting from Saydet El Karen and heading deep into a prehistoric geological wonderland! ⛰️🦅
Starting from Saydet El Karen, we pass through Ein Lebne and Ein El Hajal before advancing onto a vast, high-altitude plateau. Our trail will take us through unique geological formations featuring ancient dolomitic limestone and Albian-Cenomanian rocks dating back over 100 million years.
As we cross this striking terrain, we will witness fascinating dolines—impressive natural depressions and sinkholes formed by the dissolution of limestone—while enjoying a phenomenal panoramic view that showcases the diverse geological rock layers of the region.
