📜 DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT:
🐻 Ehmej is a warm and glorious 🌫️ paradise in 🍂🍁🍂 autumn. With fresh air and rugged beauty, it is the perfect destination for your adventure. Stunning views and friendly villagers make Ehmej an ideal escape from the city.
Our 🥾trail is uphill and downhill for about 8 km. We will walk for a couple of hours into the great golden 🍂🍁🍂 Iron Oak forests in Ehmej ”Al-Ozor”.
We will start our hike with a visit to a 🐮 farm along a 🏛 Roman road between the majestic ⛰ mountains.”
🌿🥾 HIKING LEVEL. 1 to 3 for easy, 4 to 6 for intermediate, 7 to 9 for strenuous
Our hike will be a single level:
🥈 Level 5, approximately 8 km (3.5 hours). This is a beautiful 🏺 Phoenician 🚶 trail through various Ozer Forests. Starting from Loulou House, we will head up towards a stunning natural hanging stone bridge and a cave nestled within an oak forest. Along the way, you may encounter rare views like rock tunnels unique to this altitude terrain. Next, we will proceed to El Ouata and continue on a downhill trail. The path will lead us to another magnificent 🍂🍁🍂 golden Iron Oak forest. We’ll enjoy a picnic 🍞 lunch here. After lunch, we will walk down, crossing the oldest Ozer tree in Lebanon, to reach a vertical isolated rock called ⛰ “Qornet Raheb” or the Monk’s Peak. There will be time for rest and 📷 photo sessions.
🎒 WHAT TO TAKE:
Healthy snacks that will boost up your energy such as dried fruits, lunch, water, cap, sunglasses and sunscreen. Wear comfortable walking shoes (A professional brand is recommended) and don’t forget to get a light jacket. DC members get a 20% discount on sports equipment in Sports 4 Ever branches.
